James' wife, Lisa, plays an important role behind the scenes, helping keep the business running smoothly while ensuring customers receive the friendly, personal service that has become a hallmark of the Black Diamond experience. Together, they have built a business centered on quality workmanship, honesty, and strong relationships with their customers.

Beyond his dedication to the detailing industry, James is deeply committed to the Seward community. After serving 30 years on the local fire department, he recently retired from active service, leaving behind a legacy of leadership, dedication, and service to others. When he's not perfecting vehicles, James enjoys camping, spending time with his family, and making memories with his grandchildren. His commitment to service, integrity, and hard work extends far beyond the detailing bay and into every aspect of his life.
